Instructions
This form should only be completed and submitted by UM Music faculty after all involved (collaborative pianist, other performers, and their respective teachers) have confirmed availability for the requested dates/times (including student degree recitals). Any requests (e.g., sound, lighting, live streaming, programs, etc.) must be clearly outlined at the time of submission. The multi-media specialist will confirm all requests in writing and, in some cases, may suggest a meeting.

Full recitals are guaranteed 2.5 hours in Nutt and half recitals are guaranteed one hour. If more time is needed, please check the box below.
