Air Travel

For those traveling from Florida or eastern Georgia, you might elect to fly to the conference.  Make plans to fly in and out of Memphis International Airport (MEM) if you do.

Conference Hotels

Finding lodging in Oxford in the spring is challenging, so it is best to book early.  We have two hotel partners for this event, The Inn at Ole Miss and Courtyard Oxford. Both hotels are within walking distance to the conference venues as well as to Oxford’s storied town square.    

  1. The Inn at Ole Miss  $109 + tax is the rate for Standard Accommodation for a University of Mississippi-sponsored event.  Rates fluctuate with occupancy at this hotel, so please book early and mention that you are attending the NASA Conference.  
  2. Courtyard Oxford  Rate is $159 + tax.  Book your group rate for North America Saxophone Alliance 2019
