Venues
This event will take place in two venues, the Music Building and Ford Center. The addresses for each can be found below. These buildings are separated by a street, University Avenue, and is a short and easy walk between the two buildings. Registration
Registration will be set up in the lobby of the Ford Center at 6:00pm on Friday, March 22, 2019 leading up to the opening concert. Registration will resume in the West Wing of the Music Building on Saturday morning, March 23, 2019 beginning at 8:00am.
Parking
If you stay with either of our Hotel Partners, The Inn at Ole Miss or Courtyard Oxford, you can park there and easily walk to the Music Building and Ford Center. If you elect to drive to campus on the weekend to park, you will not need a parking pass to park on in the Music Building or Ford Center parking lots on campus for Saturday or Sunday during the conference. However, if you plan on being here during the day on Thursday or Friday for the competitions and/or rehearsals, then you will need to purchase a visitor parking pass online by using the link below.
